León Kraig is a senior executive with more than 40 years of experience in consumer-oriented industries across both emerging and developed markets. He currently serves as a Venture Partner at IGNIA Partners LLC. He worked for 25 years at Mars, Inc., where he held the position of Regional President of Petcare for Latin America and was a member of the Global Petcare Leadership Team.
He currently serves as an independent board member at Alpura, ENERSI, Grupo Mangino, Niagara Bottling Mexico, Grupo Ruz, Cafiver, and AYVI, and has previously served on the boards of Alsea, Proeza, Industrias AlEn, and Diltex, among others. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master of Science in Food Science from Cornell University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
