• Alicia Bárcena, Mexico’s Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources; Vidal Llerenas Morales, Undersecretary of Industry and Trade at the Ministry of Economy; and Ana Francis López Bayghen Patiño, Secretary of Culture of Mexico City, led the event alongside Daniel Servitje, Executive Chairman of Grupo Bimbo.

• The Bimbo Interactive Museum will open its doors to the public on January 20, 2026.
